Stic-o's Sleeping Truck

Yes, ditch the doors and build some tube ones. I think I'm giving up on the 3/4 doors and will just get some tubes made later.
When you decide to give up on your front axle, just let me know.....:p:

Actually, I thought that was Jeff Spicoli (Sean Penn) from Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
"That was my skull, I'm so wasted!!"

You just want to have another party for the Dr. Pepper................you party animal!!!

So I went down and took look at the damage. Starting from the front

Bumper: side piece just needs to be pulled back into postion, and reweled.

Fender: Trashed...I could pop it back out but for $25 bucks and a trip to the junk yard...why?

Front door: Just needs mirror replaced, may have so slite rolling in tors the fener, but not sure yuntil I get a new fender lined up. Door still lined up perfectly and opens and closes fine

Rear door: This door also did pretty well, still lined up good, but there is a pretty good dent on the back of it that also goes into the body where the "C" pillar is. (see picture at bottom) This is probally the worst damage, and I'm not sure I'll be able to do much here. Door opens but sticks, maybe just need the latch adjusted some.

Quarter pannel: This is where the other big damage was...I think most of it will pop out though, and I'm working on some ideas for plexiglass side windows that will open like the rear glass;)

I would cry if that was my truck. :D

So..fixed some stuff today...but in a first gen window in the rear for now, pounded out some dents, put 37's on, I kicked in the fender some so I can get the door open, put on a temporary mirror....blah..blah ..blah:rolleyes:

lucky, your truck is looking pretty good again

Do your doors hit the ceiling joist in the carport? It looks pretty tight in there, maybe not made for a real 4X4????

Well as long as you take pictures from the drivers side it looks great. The dents are not that bad considering the entire truck was resting on the body and one tire.

Nice new rims and tires also.

better price than the ones i say on eBay. Saw one seller trying to sell the same window for 69.99 plus shipping....ouch!

Damned good 'crinkle-look' there stic-o..hahaha. ;)..glad no1 was hurt..:).sorry to see a good truck crunched really tho'........
