I broke it good this time

Well, here she is now.

I still need a hood stop bumper on the driver side, so the hood is a little skewed.

I have not addressed the door yet, as this is good enough to get to Colorado on. Now for a wash and some rubbing compound, then a 347 badge for the driver fender. I also need to fill the fog light holes I didn't have before. Oh yeah, notice how the tow hooks are more accessible now. :D

I hurried the gray lower fender --pulled the tape a bit early and lost some of the line. Oh well, better luck next time.

Jonny, the Turdle looks great. Nice work bro.

WOW lots of progress since last time i checked in!!!!

geesh I took my time putting the front clip on my 96 and its nowhere near as nicely gapped or nice looking as that!

Good job!!

If we're doing our job those 347 badges will be left on the first set of trees :)

Oh, I also powder coated the front bumper. It matches the wheels, sliders and rear bumper, AGAIN!!!!

Screw you pole, you f&^*ing F^%k!!!!!

then a 347 badge for the driver fender.

Someone else is gong to need them soon are they not? :D

Ok, I have to admit. This is my first time ever doing body panel alignment or replacement.

If it wasn't for good friends cheering me on, and, the future vision of friendships yet to develop---

I would have thrown in the towel on this for sure. Thanks for the inspiration, and, goals.

:thumbsup::D

HOLY CRAP! Was that thing ever in a wreck? Looks great! I am glad to see CCR is still in your future.

Outstanding work Jon. I wish I was closer I keep seeing heavy parts that need powder coating. The roof rails are on my list now.

Wow The Turdle never ceases to amaze me. If I never read this thread and headed back down there I honestly would never of known you were in this situation at all!

Awesome job!! We knew you could keep Turdle running. It looks as good as it did before. If you hadn't said anything about the fudged gray paint I never would have known just from looking.

Nice work! Just looking at the pics you can't really tell anything happened!
