I'm new so I contacted Rausch Creek to find out whats required in order to be on the trails, this is the reply I recieved:

At this time we don't inspect vehicles or require flags. We leave it to the discretion of each group to determine what all they need as far as cb's and how trail worthy their group's rigs are. Each person will be given a wristband and the vehicle will get a sticker for your antenna (or cage, bumper, if you don't have an antenna).

Someone in the group should have a cell phone. That is how we communicate with the groups since CB coverage is not consistent throughout the park.

I'm really psyched to see the new trails they cut and the new property. They have been putting in alot of time over there, it should be a really good time. I will be making Carlisle, but just as a spectator. Anyone have a seat I can have for the trail ride?

Right now at this point in time I'm no where ready for the show or the wheelin

Dual batteries no wired in
Hitch sitting in the back of the truck
bumper no where in sight (Drapre)
locker still sitting in the box at the parts place
Also the open diff is sitting in a box at a different place


Right now i have no time work way to much regular job and extra money jobs
sat May 12 finish one job start another
sat may 19 fishing trip with company
sat may 26? camping trip
sat june 2 carisle
sat june 9 hersey park

I dont think you need those to get on the on the trail . I mean cmon, if they don't require a CB, then you definitely dont need the extra battery. The bumper is not needed, we're not going to push trees over (we try not to). Lockers? Well we have winches on other vehicles .

I'm definitely wheeling Sunday. Not sure I'm going to be there Saturday (at the show).
I was hoping we'd have our Zuk out too but its nowhere complete so for now, its just my Explorer.

Well, I need to know how many peeps are planning on staying in Carlisle Friday night.. If we don't have enough to justify two rooms then I need to cancel the spare!

well the ####### that im buying the house from is trying to really screw me.... hes trying to take my deposite I put down and not sell me the house, I was suppose to close this past friday but it never happened on top of that I got an eviction notice to get out of the house now..... so yeah.... I think I have a good excuse.... if this dont happen somehow... Im probably movin to FL next month.
