...And they did. It took me a little while, but I can definitely feel a difference in the steering. $50 and 3 hours beats $754 ANY DAY!!

man i shoulda been following this one too. Makes me feel a little better that I'm not the only one that has constant issues but deals with it anyway and doesn't give up and get something else. (Mine needs a water pump, upper radiator hose, and I need to redo the exhaust, again)
I have a mustang alot like your brother's, mine's a 96 V6 that I need to finish putting the engine back together on. You can see it in on of my pics of the bumper, lurking over on the side of the shop. (Stock engine ate the cam bearings, so I started swapping in a split port 3.8 from a '02, but never finished it)
It has finally cooled down enough down here to work on the tie rods tomorrow. Hopefully, I can put off the alignment for now if the new ends tighten up the front end.
Right now Red is out of commission till I fix some stripped out water pump holes.![]()
I look into your future, and I see helicoil. Lol. that sucks that you have to do that, especially on something that annoying.
What sucks is that I have to pull the condenser to get a straight shot at the holes, which means I loose a/c till I vacuum the system and replace the freon.
That's a real nice X you have there - and the video of it launching into the air has me seriously considering buying a 2WD Explorer now as a toy.
