Wanted participants for a Shoe creek VA April run

Ok so I'm planning a trip to shoe creek maybe also to stony run.
I think I will at least stay a night at crabtree falls (entrance to shoe creek)
I was thinking about the weekend of April 28-29 if this weekend will work for everyone..
Post up if your interested in going and if that date will work.. if not post what's good and we can go from there

If you go up the trail a minute or so there's campsites big enough to handle over a dozen trucks...

im out for awhile. im not making road rips until i get my engine fixed. not saying itll blow, i just dont wanna take any chances. i dont even wanna drive it to work. dont wanna be stuck anywhere with a hole in the block.

Ok I got it now Google maps didn't find shoe creek but it found crab tree falls camp ground. It's a pretty good drive from where I live at but if the dates worked out I would go for sure. I don't have any dates to suggest I am available pretty much any weekend. I am mostly curious if it would be awkward for me to go because I don't know any of you and am unfamilar with the area but i may be able to convince some friends to go with me but they would be in jeeps.

It won't be awkward...its not a date lol
None of us know each other that well in all honesty...
We all have common interest(even jeeps)the love to off road and modify/test our rigs
The more the merrier people wise and for knowing the trails I've been once(shoe creek) and I doubt anyone knows the trails well(I have my tracks gps logs) we can't really get lost though its fun to try

Where do you go? I am pretty new to the area and I have just now heard of some beach in nc that let's you drive on it. I only heard of it because they are trying to start charging to use it. I have been unsuccessful in finding a good spot around here that I can use the 4x4 without fear of the police.
