As far as a late production trac goes, like Kris said, the pats module from the donor vehicle would need to be retained but really all your doing is running 10th or so wires to it so that would be easier and less expensive then converting to carb if you want to try and go that route. Granted, we were lucky that the rock trac was an early production, thus wired like a second gen. However some repinning was required in our swap on the c139 10th pin connector and one additional charging wire needed to be ran to the battery junction box
