I order 4" 7-leaf waggy springs for the front of mine. It was pretty cheap to order the lift instead of just springs so they sent me new ubolts all around. I could get 4 of them to you for prettty cheap if your interested. They are brand new. Let me know.

Damn it's been a while. So I have to admit something. My axle didn't exactly get royal treatment through out my garage restoration. :( It take outside, alone, exposed to the elements for about three weeks. :( :( The weather took it's toll on my poor D44 and it is in sorry looking shape.

Now they are still going to get the once-over before I call them good. :D

So as of now I am still collecting parts. I want to make this transition and fast and smooth as possible. So I'd rather wait till I get everything I could possibly need than to have it on jack stands for too long.

Plus, I am still in the weld-learning stage. Right now I am practicing on B2Dude's SAS. :D  You should see a thread on that later today though.

Dood, i would have POR'd over that and forgot all about it. :p

I kept the gay dust shiels on mine, the mud that gets packed in there keeps the rotor polished. :D

A lot of this stuff that I am cleaning up I won't even use. Like these knuckles. I am just doing it because it's no more work really and maybe the next person will appreciate clean, non-east coast parts. :p

Kuma thinks they're too bright.

Yeap! :D :bounce: Torch, Sawzall, and Grinder :p Whaetever it takes!

Edit: I just made a phone call....Plasma :D

Wish I was closer so I could help/watch. :) I was asking cause I was thinking about getting the plasma before I start. I fired up the torch the last few nights and noticed that I am getting a lot of warpage while cutting. I was weary about doing this to or near my frame.

Good luck with yours though. Lots of pics! :D

Can you set up a vid cam to your laptop and have some program record at like 30 frames a minute?
