Hey guys,
Yup, I've got a new Jeep to show you all. It's a little nicer than the old one.
Actually, I haven't sold the old one yet and may keep it around if my insurance company gives me a nice multi-car discount for having it. I fixed the overheating problem (I wish all car trouble could be solved with a $2.50 fuse) so I'll have to get it out there on the trail sometime if I hang onto it (I should find out in the next couple of days).
Anyway, as for when to get together, Trckmagik's brother is going to be out here the week on June 8th-15th to look at some apartments since he is moving to LA in July. Maybe we could plan something around then and he could meet the SoCal crew.
Edit: Nevermind, Dave can't do the 12th. He'll have to meet us when he moves out here then.

33's for sale
As mentioned previously, I've got five BFG AT KO 33x12.5x15 tires (no rims) now sitting in my garage. I haven't measured the tread, but I'd be willing to bet four have at least 50-60% left, probably more, and the fifth has never touched the ground. I would prefer to not ship them, so I'm posting here first.
Does $400 sound OK?
They've been great at Moab and Truckhaven, and were really quiet on the road (for those daily drivers)

What a small world!
..so I'm leaving my job for a new one and I'm training this guy to help out at work when I leave. Well we got talkin about off-roading and he said he had a buddy with a jeep that almost rolled over. But his other buddy with an explorer saved him. So I'm thinkin? There's not to many Ex's that wheel that I don't know about in So Cal. So I asked him. Whats his truck look like and whats his name. He tells me O' I think it's a red 2 door and his name is Joe. He's like 6' 8" you can't miss him. So I said really? Then check this out... and I show him this picture...
He goes HOLY $#!+

Ya sorry guys but on the 12 I will be arriving in Kauai Ya Ya Ya ok you can hate me now...by the way the cougar now has been modded with Roush springs and Koni adjustables and is ready for my trip to Willow Springs.

Basically I'm taking every Friday off work for the next 5 weeks which means that I won't be able to use lack of time as an excuse anymore.
I still don't have a tranny or a t-case but once I get started I should be motivated to see it through.
