well, here is anothe part of the carnage my thumb took that weekend,
the nail finally came off, there is another thin one under it, and i will wait and see what the end result is, but so far ,. looking like it might come out okay,,

the dark crap around it is the glue from the bandaid, and maybe some oil as i was working on a snomobile motor when the bandaid got caught in the air ratchet and pulled it and the nail off in one swat,, it really didn't hurt either,,

i was keeping bandaids on it so that the nail would stay in place till the new one pushed it off, but i guess the tools took care of that for me, , it looks worse than it feels,,

You smashed your finger putting up the swing?? Joshua smashed his finger in the screen door as a baby, and Lost the nail. I've done it also, with the nail off it feels kindof werid.

Have a uncle that got his frist three fingers on his right into a big meat grinder. Ground them down have way through half the nails. We ll you can't tell it today,yes it all grew back.

My dad smacked his thum with a hammer and the next swing missed this blew the end of it out. From under the nail, that was nasty.

How long before it grows back out to a full lentgh nail again?? Keep us posted!!
