try ebay, find some from a '96 5.0L Ex.

basically, there are none. FRPP made some, but they have been disco'ed. as said, try ebay.... but dont hold your breath. nothing will swap either.

so from what i understand you said, stock 5.0l exporer headers will not fit a modded 91? i thought they did, or am i now completly confused?

no, i meant that no other 5liter headers will. no shortie mustang headers etc. yes, the stock explorer headers will fit the 1st gen explorers. is that what you want? a set of stock explorer headers? if so, this should be an easy find from a salvage yard.

what vehicle are the manifolds from that you are trying to use?

explorer_50 and i got our 5.0's from f-150's so thats where our headers came from. we're on a buget, so no fancy high flow headers for us :(

ah....... thats why the manifolds wont work. you will have to get a set of stock 96-up 5liter manifolds/headers. should be an easy find in salvage yards, or even ebay. hell, make a "wanted" post in the for sale section here. im sure there are a few guys who have their stockers laying around who would sell them cheap. :)
