Mine is mounted under the driver;s side rear seat.

Looks good. I did the same with mine, only it's under the passenger side of the rear seat.

I also put in a small inverter under the message center with an AC outlet near the 12 volt power outlet in the passenger footwell.

Where does that orange extension cord you have go to from your power invertor down there? Did u make like little outlets thing like that one guy posted or just hook it up right into the extension cord?

Its a power cord to 110v outlets in the rear.
