Ok We have GPS #s and a map soooooo we'll be at the Avi (spelling) casino tuseday morn at about 8 830 ish.

Hey everyone, I am ok and now in a hotel in flagstaff. I was sandwiched in between passenger cars and semis from 12 noon to about 8 at which time I could get out and drive backwards on I40 to a connecting road to the other side.

Explorer damage: Rear swingout portion of my bumper is very tweaked, my rear hatch is bent in many places and the handle gone so I cant open it, hilift bar bent, pass side taillight broken, rear window blown out, pass side rear window blown out and the pass side 2nd door handle gone so I cant even open it. Luckily I was prepaired and had trash bags, duct tape, warm clothes, food, water and blankets.

I was hit in the rear by a hybrid toyota car and then was hit by a semi truck which bent up my pass side rear quarter pannel and door. It sounds alot worse than it was thankfully. The semi that came to rest 3' next to me bent its frame and cracked the engine block.

a huge thanks to the red cross who provided a warm meal at the accident evacuation center and in conjunction with holiday inn express gave a big discount on a room for the night.

They were actually in the car with me and they are OK as well. No injuries to any of us. (I probably confused Tbars when I was talking about it) We are all in the hotel right now.

...i went to blm and got a map...there are better ones online...i also got some fishing in today...

...i fell in behind this toyota 4door on the way up the cajon pass...the toyota was about 4-6"s taller than mine...

...today i did some site seeing, driving around...this is where i stopped to fish on the river..

...welcome to arizona...

...and this was the cheapest gas i can find in bullhead city, 3.17, in needles it is about 4.10 a gal...

...then i got to the serious exploring and found the worst boat ramp on the colorado over in arizona...

...and on the california side, the all important, lube, oil, and latte'...

Hey Tbars......you know if you go about another 45 min past needles and onto the 95 you'll run right into a little place called Lake Havasu and right now that place is a bumpin with beautiful young ladys for spring break. There's also some wheeling to do at the end of the airport. Just some FYI..

Yup, thats mine in the pic. I was planning on going home today but Flagstaff has been blizzard-like most of the morning with on and off snow this afternoon. Tomorrow should be cleared up and I plan to make it home tomorrow.
