So I got on the chat with Yukon, and the guy wouldn’t specifically answer my question, but he did say this. (Pics)
I also realized I was overthinking this. The 10.25 is 1/4” smaller, which mean the pinion gear teeth a shorter and need to move in .125 to make up the difference. Duh. Also just looking at the difference in the pinions, the 10.25 loses .125 in teeth with a longer bearing surface.
So from what I gathered from this guy, Yukon sells a 10.5 kit with a .120 spacer, (they don’t sell just the spacer) or you need to run 10.25 bearings. So I ordered the 10.25 inner bearing and race. I’ll let yall know if that solves the problem.
