Sounds like a great idea:thumbsup:

I think the trail Brian took us on from our campsite to Ocotillo was a great beginner trail. My friends who were newbies to wheeling had great time on that trail. It was was the stuff we got into at T-haven that was to much for them to handle, at least for their first time out...plus Tom's rollover didn't help their confidence much:p:

Hey, any rollover you walk away from is a good rollover. Besides it showed them how safe the sport is if prepared. Ask all my buddies:hammer:

I'm game. I'm free both dates Steve proposes, Oct. 13-14 or 20-21. I'd like to pick one as soon as posible so I can block it on my calender and not work it if a seminar comes up. Maybe we can have a poll.

I might even be back for this one! ...maybe...

ok this sounds like a good plan and this time i think ill take the ol ranger offroad unlike last time i was riding with brain and tom so yea checklist to do install l/s in rear and install cb radio with custom console looks like im be moving thoose two up

and yes that was a good trail i think if i remember it all right most of it my truck could have made it threw and like tom said it was an excellent way to show that if your prepared and got the right people around you it is a very safre sport

id like to come if its in october or earlier.

You'd want to go Oct. or later...any earlier and it's still too hot out there.
Big Bear is a better choice in the warmer months:thumbsup:

My vote is for Oct 20-21.

I'm still good for those dates.

I'm still looking for someone who does canvas tops. I've been out of country for quite a while and Mitch my mech is the one looking. I hope to get it done by June 29th so I can tow it behind the MH when I go to Alaska for a couple of months. By the way anyone know where to get info on good trails in Alaska. Nothing crazy though, my wife is going with me.

Brian K. and Paul B.sorry I havn't returned your calls. I'll be home the week of the 21st. Call you guy's then.

The rest of you caracters be safe and keep the rubber down.

Darn, I forgot. The only problem is what to do for the ribs that hold it up.
Thanks Colin, I'll PM Bill.

I've had this marked on my calendar for a while, so I might as well post IN. Even if I can't make it for some reason, my wife may show up in my place :).

ritsui, how does it drive with the locker in??? i know you had to go play a little bit...:D

I might be able to come down for this one. All depends on if I can get my flat bed built and get everything reinstalled and rewired.
