I don't think I can handle another 3am bender with the Bunn's. Maybe more like 130am???
I'll try to remember to bring some V8 juice for the morning.
I have to figure out why my rig is running so crappy. I think its a fuel pressure regulator because it could idle all day, but when you press on the pedal, the "check engine" lights up and it shudders.
Not sayin yes...and not sayin no. All I'm saying is if you see a JP mobile on a trailer going down Marina, you'll know. Things are going to be super, super tight for Jan.
I have not ran the codes yet. Next week I have some time off so I will run it over to Autozone to see if they can run the codes.
EVERYONE:
Bring your old Christmas tree, and as much firewood as you can get! We have a traditional christmas tree torching, and like very large bonfires.
A 2wd with a locker and large tires can get around some, but four wheel drive is definitely preferred. There are a lot of loose climbs which can't be accomplished in 2wd.
You're definitely welcome to come out and meet the group and ride along if there is an open seat.
Well I'm out for sure. I have work that week and will be travelling that weekend. Work was so slow last year that I won't be able to retire in 2010. It looks like I'll have to wait a year.
I hate missing these runs because they have become more about hanging out with friends then off-roading. Have fun but above all be safe.
Maybe if we can get a Feburary run..................
Sorry to hear that Tom. Keep your eye out for another run after T.D.'s collar bone heals up. I think he said he should be good to go in March or April.
You're always welcome at the Horwitz family RV park too
I'm out! One of my brother's and his 3 girl's are coming out from Chicago that weekend for a week. I need to be here when they come. I park the motorhome in the driveway for extra sleeping space and they need our family support right now. So another time!
Anyone who's coming that does not have a CB radio and plans to drive on the group trail runs, PLEASE buy/borrow one!
Even if it's a handheld.
It'll make it so much better for you and everyone else, thank you.
...I found out after the last run that I broke my antenna...It separated at the connections in the top part...I need to get one before this next run...
