This is really not for anyone to read but i need to sit down and make a list of the things i need to do on my explorer here soon. Ill take ideas to make it a better off road rig.
To do list:
1: Finish Paint (Water sand and shoot black stripes and clear)
2: Swap Transfer Case (BW 1354 Manual)
3: Finish Interior (Trim painted black and headliner goes black)
4: Tube Doors(Possibly Buying off a ExplorerForum Member)
5: Put on new rear bumper (Trying to do this for a year)
6: UnderBody Lights
7: Shorten Front Bumper Mounts (Helping Approach Angle)
8: Weld or get front spool
This for me again. Just to keep myself on task with the Explorer.
1: Sell Sound System!!!
2: Swap Transfer Case (BW 1354 Manual)
3: Roll Cage(Planning in process)
4: Finish Interior (Trim painted black and headliner goes black)
5: Tube Doors(Possibly Buying off a ExplorerForum Member)
6: Put on new rear bumper (Trying to do this for a year)
7: Shorten Front Bumper Mounts (Helping Approach Angle)
8: Fox Air Shocks(See #1 to why its so low on the list)
Well the explorer is having a little problem. I am wearing tires in the front like crazy. The outsides are going bald. I had to put the little rims and tires on it so it can go be checked. My other rims are spaced out too much and i was too wide for the maching. Hopefully i wont be this time.

I never thought i would be excited that a set of $1000 tires would wear out but i didnt like them. They were not that bad but they bulged on the sidewalls and rock rashed really easily.
Yeah i knew about the notepads but never copied it over there after it got up.
I did. I had to put a new hub and all on there to fix it. Same problem you were having. The inner bearing race was moving around in the hub. Not cool at all.
Yea I ruined one tire the first run out and I loose a couple knobs almost every time out. There horrible, but a new set means a lot of money, so I have to tough it out.
