In the Front I have gone to Thunderbird Calipers on the Dana 44. The factory Bronco Calipers have a 2 7/8" pistion vs. the T-bird calipers have a 3 3/32" pistion. it' dosn't seem like a alot but they provide alot more clapping force.
On the Rear, I used a 89 Bronco 8.8, which we all know came with drum's in it. I have figured out how to adapt the explorer disc brake system over to the bronco/150 axle.
Will it stop like it did from the factory? No, but I'm sure it will stop just fine. The only other upgrade I would do from here would be to go to cross drilled rotors. but I' really think I'll be fine for now.
Brake ware is all about your style of driving too.
