OhI wanted to say great job to Steve's mom on the flag she made for camp. It turned out really well!
I also like Steve's little one on his CB antenna.

Hit the junkyard yesterday and got a front fender and the right side mirror for $110.00 total. Thanks to Danny, I ended up with about $600.00 worth of parts for that $110.00. Took awhile to get the window out of that door without any power to roll it up or down. Ended up drilling out the control box and then it all came right out. I will get you the door on the next trip Colin.

Sounds good. Glad it worked out that you could get it.
So is that all the pictures from this run?
I have a few, but have not had a chance to load them.
I still need video though....I know there is more. Tom? Jefe? Care to contribute? Please?

I didn't get any pics or video all weekend.

I had my big plane all setup to take some footage throughout the day when John found his brake problem so I had to ditch the plane to take all the kids.

It's funny how the zuk is so lite it just flexs over the dirt. The explores are heavy pigs and only flex a little as they are plowing through the dirt![]()
The video I took (what little I did..) shows differently.
Massive flex on the solid axle explorer's. The biggest problem or advantage with Truckhaven is the soft, soft dirt.

Tom, your vids didn't work for me. What player or codec do I need to view them?
The files are straight from the camera, unmolested in any way shape or form.
Let's see.. the audio is MS ADPCM, so that should be fine.
The video is encoded in M4S2.. which is Microsoft ISO MPEG-4 version 1.1.. Which is supposed to be supported by WMP9/WMP10. (yea, you know the drill..)
Go Here and install ffdshow, and you should be fine.
You may also want the Xvid codec
Also, VirtualDub is then capable of exporting it into any format.

Wish I could've made it out there with the Ranger but I just couldn't get it done in time. I was at least going to make the pot luck but I wore myself out working on the truck. This is the first "big Run" i've missed in several years
Glad all the firewood I brought out didn't go to waste
I'll be out for TDS though, hope to see everyone there.
